Together, we will complete a “goals and objectives” check list in order for us to show our true
commitment in being your Realtor.
Reality Check
I will be a “Reality Check” for what is happening in the current market.
I will provide you with continuous updates throughout the selling process.
I will provide you a written net sheet.

We need to know what your future plans are once we sell your Home. We just can’t sell your
home without detailing the entire selling process which includes coordinating a move from your
current location to the new location.
